A Suggestion for the Chat

This is something that's been going through my mind for a while and that I just thought to post on here. Would there be a way to show if there are any users in the chat before logging into it? I personally don't usually log into the chat unless I see someone who's usually in there due to the fact that my computer hates me, and I, as well as a few others on here, would probably be in the chat more often if we knew there were people in there.
