Basically, there will be a team of admins who throughout a round ( a round is a term of play until a person wins, a restart is asked for, or the admins decide they need to change things up a bit) produce scenarios. Two admins will be player-admins, they will emulate the god-like nature of Crayak and Eliminist, while many other creatures will be playable by players.
Certain big-name ones will be available who will lead their own faction , and participate in the larger grouping ( For instance Visser 3 has his own group of controllers, but ultimatly reports to the council of 13 and is a part of the Yeerk Empire).
Of course, the Animorphs will be in the game as playable characters, and who knows, if you are a uncontrolled Human, you may get the power to morph through a scenario, or you may be forced to join the yeerks
