Most depressing song?
My, what a subjective question.
In truth, there is no such as the most depressing song, but each mournful tune has it's own category of sadness. In addition to the category of sadness (lost love, death, overall misery, etc), oner must also take into consideration how each member of the audience interprets the message.
For example, this song has been voted the "saddest Classical song ever".
To that outcome I say "B*tch please! This is doesn't even come close to half way deserving that title."
I must say that this one is closer to deserving "the most depressing" song title. Simply because it beautiful captures pure physical, emotional, and mental agony.
Indeed, this has inspired some of my writings.
Then of course there's this one:
which tells the story of undying and soon to be unfullfilled (sp?) love. I cry every time I listen to it.
But I think that at the moment that this movement is the most depressing for me.
I could say a lot of things about this one, however, few here would understand my jargon and it would be too damn long. I could write a dissertation on this.

Truth is only stranger then fiction if you're a stranger to the truth. Which means you're either a liar or fictional.

I can't say "Bullet" by Hollywood Undead without getting the chorus stuck in my head.

Re: Most depressing song?
Ooh, tough. I've got a few that are sad, but I can't think of an outright depressing one.
"Save Me" by Shinedown
The first few verses of "Valkyries" by Blind Guardian. (Truly an epic song.)
There's one I heard of, but I don't remember the name of it. It's about a person who's on a flight home to their wife/husband- and possibly kids- when the engines blow out. Part of it is apparently the captain crying, "I'm sorry, I'm sorry," over the speakers, since he can't get control of the aircraft.

"Sass, back before you, me, Blu, Vulf and BB used to roll together. We were tighter than emo jeans."

"Something I Can Never Have (Still)" by NIN.
Just . . . watch.
There are a few others, but this takes the cake for me.

So just shut your face and take a seat, 'cause after all, we're just talking meat. And music?
Well, it's just entertainment, folks.
