If YOU were giving out Oscars, not just for this year, but for all years, what would you say is the best sci-fi movie you've ever seen?

Re: The AFF Oscars: Best Sci-Fi?
It would have to be either
A.) Doctor Who (The movie. It's real. That's how they closed the old series.)
B.)The Hunger Games
C.)Harry Potter
I know a few others that I can't think of on the spot.

<...um, I haven't seen the Doctor Who movie, but I don't think the others should win for SCI-FI.>
<How about The Time Machine, The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, X-Men, Virtuosity, E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial, Tron, Explorers, Meet the Robbinsons, any Star Wars movie, any Star Trek movie (with an even number), Little Shop of Horrors (there are at least two versions), Day After Tomorrow, I, Robot, Short Circuit 1 & 2, We're Back, Lady in the Water, Josh Kirby Time Warrior (alright, so this one shouldn't win), Avatar, any of the Ben Ten movies, The Stepford Wives, D.A.R.Y.L., Contagion, Black Hole (There are at least two very different movies with this name, both are sci-fi), ID4, Soldier, Hollow Man 1 & 2, GATTACA, Small Soldiers, Real Genius, A.I. Artificial Intelligence, The Last Mimzy, Star Warp'd (not a winner), Space Balls (not a winner), The Last Star Fighter, Flight of the Navigator, Galaxy Quest, Demolition Man, Robo Cop 1-3, The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, Bicentennial Man, Honey I Shrunk The Kids, Total Recall, Star Gate, In The Year 2889, Back To The Future 1-3, and The Fifth Element.>
<I have watched each of these movies within the last 6 years.>
<Yes, I know, I watch too much TV.>

Hmm, I don't know if the Harry Potter movies count, since they're really more fantasy than sci-fi. I'm not sure if Hunger Games counts either (I think of it more as dystopian, but I guess that can be a type of sci-fi), but if it does, I'd definitely vote for it.
