I like the cover models :)
I like Rachel on the earlier books. The only thing that doesn't really fit is that they always say Tobias is dirty blonde haired but he's got kind of brown hair on the books.

They're definitely a better fit than the actors were though on the show.

Okay, I'm going to put this under a spoiler, so anyone who doesn't want to know something disturbing doesn't have to look. Course, now that I've said that, everyone will look...
I really have to think these things through...
Oh well, everyone was warned.

So,
Spoiler:
I picked up a Hustler about a year ago, and near the back they had a bunch of adds for phone sex and other shameful stuff, and with each ad came a little picture. Well one of them was a sort of girl-on-girl thing and one of the models doing the nasty was (I swear this on my left testicle) the girl who posed as Rachel in the early parts of the series.
Makes me wonder if it was really her, ya know? Like maybe someone saw her on the cover and said, "in 5 years, I'm gonna use that."

Actually, I heard about that back when I first started researching Animorphs and stumbled upon this site a few months ago. I thought it was just a myth. And I totally believe you because
Spoiler:
I know that you never bet your left testicle. You were inspired by that guy in that bar in England, so if you risk your testicle, I know you mean it.
Oh, yeah, don't read that spoiler unless you're 16 or older (damn kids :-x )

Well, I found it out when I was using google to try and find Animorphs books online (which eventually led me here). It had a link to related articles, one of which took me to something that I had to be 18 or older to see. Luckily, I was, in fact 18 or older (did you know that it's actually illegal in America to lie to those things?) and it took me right to the thing you're talking about.

Alright, I tried this for 4 hours yesterday, but I couldn't seem to duplicate it. Google seems to have shifted the locations of some of its search results for Animorph books (this site is now closer to the top of the list than it used to be :) ) and I can't for the life of me find the place I ended up earlier. I'll keep working on it in my spare time.

Yeah, the Google equation works on how many places link to that site (or so I am to understand), so if people started really vising this site when they looked for animorphs, it would rise on the list. I guess the Rachel girl has really gone down hill.

Well, I'm pretty sure they used a different chick for all the subsequent books, so I'm willing to bet there was some kind of problem (teen pregnancy anyone?)(I really shouldn't make jokes about that.).
