Per Serving game
The idea behind this game is to look at your favorite foods and find out what is really in them.
Each food has several numbers, there are points for: Calories, Total fat, Saturated Fat, Trans Fat, Cholesterol, Sodium, Total Carbohydrates, Dietary Fiber, Sugars, Protein, Caffeine, Calcium, Phosphorus, Sulphur, Potassium, Chlorine, Sodium, Magnesium, Iron, Fluorine, Zinc, Silicon, Boron, Vanadium, Chromium, Cobalt (Vit B12), Manganese, Iodine, Nickel, Molybdenum, and Copper.
In each case try to name a food that has more of something than the foods that have been named before.
For example:
Ax says <Cinnabon makes a delicious Caramel Pecanbon, and their Strawberry Banana Chillatta, the 24 oz is very good as well.>
<The Caramel Pecanbon has: 1060Calories, 50 g total fat, 20 g Saturated Fat, 25 mg Cholesterol, 960 mg Sodium, 147 g Total Carbohydrates, 3 g Dietary Fiber, 76 g Sugars, 14 g Protein.>
<The 24 oz Strawberry Banana Chillatta has 710 Calories, 14 g total fat, 8 g Saturated Fat, 60 g Cholesterol, 115 mg Sodium, 145 g Total Carbohydrates, 0 g Dietary Fiber, 130 g Sugars, 3 g Protein.>
Marco says “The Stefane Foods Big Dog Hot Dog has 52% of the total fat a person needs per day, 65% of the saturated fat, 1490 mg of sodium, and 5 g of sugar.”
Cassie says "Brown Rice has: 0.401 mg 35% Thiamine (vit B1), 5.091 mg 34% Niacin (vit B3), 1.493 mg 30% Pantothenic acid (B5), 0.509 mg 39% Vitamin B6."
Rachel says “I like Edwards Cookies & Crème Pie in a cookie crust. It has 20g of Sat Fat (or 100% of your daily needs, so I should probably cut down), 35 g of sugar and 43% of the total fat.”
Jake says "Spinach has 12198 g lutein and zeaxanthin, 0.189g (16%) Riboflavin (vit B2), 194g (49%) Folate (vit B9) and 483g (460%) Vitamin K."
Tobias says <Wheat germ has 1146 mg 164% Phosphorus, 320 mg 90% Magnesium, 9.09 mg 70% Iron, 16.67 mg 175% Zinc, 19.956 mg 950%
Manganese, and 29.1 grames protein.>
David said <Rip it energy fuel has 100 mg of caffeine.>
Now you try to find a food that has more of any one of those things than the foods named.
