I would have to be absolutely, completely, beyond 100% sure. And it depends on the reason for murder. If it was self-defence, or an accident, or anything else I found reasonable (there wouldn't be much), maybe. If it was for fun, or to keep a petty secret quiet or something, no way.

It would depend on all the other characteristics (nice, fun to talk to, etc), but otherwise it wouldn't be a huge problem. Finally, I will no longer have to ask my brother to get me things off high shelves.
