Inconsistency in this site

k, heres an inconsistancy in the site: every time i log in i have to post 5 moreposts to into the downloads section :!: :!: :?: :!: :?: :!:

I think some of yours posts were deleted. And so you were converted to a "New member". You could've just brought your post count to 5 and accessed the downloads section.
