At the moment the ratio of Active Moderators to Active Users is rather extreme. One Moderator per 3 active people is more then enough. However if activity goes up then the need may arise for more moderators.

Nope. Capn and I do it. When Current was promoted we were getting 30+ posts a day. Currently it's about 10. So it's not necessary to have a Queue Moderator.
