sound problem

I accidently dropped (sp?) my laptop (toshiba) and even though I finally got the internet back I don't have volume.

Run Speccy ( search in Google ) and see if it detects the Sound Hardware in your laptop - if it doesn't , then you need to take it to be repaired.
